Coach Kenzer is a highly respected football coach in Essex with over 12 years of experience developing young players technically, physically, and mentally.

Having previously coached within the West Ham United Academy, he brings elite standards and professional insight into every session. Kenzer holds a UEFA B Licence and Talent ID qualifications.

He's currently also the Lead Coach of U7-U14 at Balanced FC and the Head Coach of M&T U18s team.
